LIRA. Resident in Lira on Tuesday 14th September 2021 woke up to the sad news of the death of sons of the soil.
The deceased have been identified as ASP Micheal Orech, the Lira former Community Liaison Officer who was currently attached to Lira Central Police station and his brother Francis Ogwal commonly known to many as Apwony.
It is said that Orech together with his brother Apwony were involved in a fatal accident at Dima in Kyadondo as they headed to Kampala.

By press time, the vehicle driver was on run after this tragedy.
